Step-by-Step Installation
Step 1: Position the Lock
Hold SentaraLock™ against the door frame at your preferred height. For child safety, install higher on the door.
Step 2: Drill Pilot Holes
Pre-drill 1/8” pilot holes to prevent wood splitting and ensure a strong, secure fit.
Step 3: Secure with Screws
Attach the lock using the included 3-inch hardened security screws. Ensure the lock sits flush against the door frame.
Step 4: Lock & Test
Engage and disengage the lock several times to confirm smooth operation. Your door is now reinforced.
