30-Day Returns

You may return your SentaraLock™ within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resellable condition

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@sentaralock.com with your order number.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
